Objective
TaylorMade wanted to grow their digital presence in a strategic shift away from big box retailers and towards direct to consumer sales. To do sale,TalyorMade wanted to focus on increasing website traffic and online conversions.
What we did
1. Audience research to better understand TaylorMade's unique audience and positioning within the market
2. Developed content pillar strategy, and deployed performance content
3. Redesigned landing pages and launched CRO experiments aimed at increasing website conversion rate
4. Deployed analytics dashboards across the site to better understand on-site behavior
Results
1. TaylorMade increased site traffic by 21% year-over-year after our engagement began, an increase of over 2.3MM visits
2. Direct-to-consumer revenue through online channels grew by over 3.1MM, or 11% period-over-period
