REFUND POLICY:

This refund policy applies to the following services: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaign Management, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Web Design and Development. The following services are non-refundable: initial consultation fees, setup fees for PPC campaigns, third-party costs such as ad spend, software subscriptions, and other external services, and completed milestones for ongoing projects. Refunds will be considered under the following conditions: the service was not delivered as described in the contract, Or the project milestones were not met within the agreed timeframe.

To request a refund, clients must submit a written refund request within 2 days of the First invoice date. Once a refund request is submitted, our team will acknowledge receipt of the request within 2 business days. The request will be reviewed within 10 business days to assess eligibility based on the terms outlined in this policy. Additional information or clarification may be requested from the client during this review period.If a refund request is approved, full refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval. Partial refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and will also be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval. In cases where partial services were rendered, a partial refund may be granted based on the percentage of work completed. The specific amount will be determined based on the work completed up to the point of the refund request.If there is a disagreement regarding a refund request, the client and Courageous agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through mediation. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the issue will proceed to arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
